Becky's Tribute to Reggie

I lost my Reggie girl November 5th, 2007.

She passed into spirit at 10:15 in the morning. She was sick all weekend, and my vet, Dr Arlen Wilbers, wasn't in. He was on vacation. I couldn't find a local vet to take a pig on Sunday, so I started calling the vets in the area at 7:00 in the morning. I found one, and my girlfriends were coming over to help me get her in the car. She had thrown up on Sat night and hadn't eaten since Sat morning. Her bowels were working, and she did not have a fever. It took 2 days and she was gone.. I think she might have had a heart attack. She would have been 15 on the 26th of Feb.. I just lost a part of my heart. She saved my life more than once. She even earned the down payment for our home in the mountains by doing kiss a pig contests for charities and reading classes for kids. She did many shows for children and adults alike.

She was some pig....... Bless your heart Reggie you touched so many.. Over 75 nursing homes and 600 hrs..

She was my guardian Angel and she did it well. I guess she feels Im ok and she needs to move on..

I Love You My Reggie Girl !! You Blessed me way beyond words. You showed me how to Soar and that we did together dear Soul. I will miss you more than words can say you are a part of my soul and always will be. You were one Amazingly Elegant Potbellied Pig.
